Before you call
It helps to have:
- Your address, so the right local builder gets your request
- Roughly how long and how tall the wall is or will be
- Whether it holds back soil, or holds up a driveway, pool or RV pad
- Photos of the yard or the wall, if you have them
- Whether there's side-yard access for equipment, and whether you have an HOA
Wall moving after a monsoon storm? Keep people, pets and vehicles away from both the top and the base, and call rather than sending a form.
